We are located in southern Simcoe County and have been in business since 1982. We pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time! We utilize an extensive error checking routine and internal quality control program on every relevent project.

Our clients include corporations, municipalities, realtors, lawyers, developers, builders and the house buying public. Our work includes surveys for boundary determination, topography, land subdivision, condominium, land severance, building and construction layout, mapping and control, site plans and related applications.

We are a small company employing only highly trained and educated individuals. We make use of modern technology such as electronic measuring equipment, electronic data recorders, computer aided drafting, computer calculations and wide format colour ink plotters which help make our work accurate, reliable, efficient and effective.

Wide format colour plotting services and drafting in CAD formats are also available and we can provide large format copying services. We have acquired knowledge in the fields of Geographic Information Systems such as ESRI ArcInfo and MAPinfo and have helped our clients with survey grade satellite based Global Positioning System devices such as Sokkia real time technologies. Our product can be provided in computer format (eg. Autocad, dwg, dxf etc.) as well as the traditional "hard" copy plans in colour and black and white.
